Ethical Standards

Ethical standards for publication exist to ensure high-quality scientific publications, public trust in scientific findings, and that people receive credit for their ideas. Kollins Publications aims to adhere to its Best Practice Guidelines.

Plagiarism

All journals published by Kollins Publications are committed to publishing only original manuscripts. Manuscripts must not be published or under review anywhere globally.

Plagiarism Detection: Kollins Publications uses plagiarism detection software to identify overlapping content. Manuscripts found plagiarized will incur sanctions.

Duplicate Submission

Manuscripts already published or under review elsewhere will face rejection. Authors must cite previous work and highlight novel contributions.

Authors

Authors must declare all conflicts of interest. If none exist, they must state:

The author(s) declare(s) that there is no conflict of interest regarding the publication of this paper.

All funding sources and external influences must be disclosed. Contributions from non-authors must also be disclosed.

Declared conflicts will be reviewed by editors and included in publication.

Editors and Reviewers

Editors and reviewers must not be involved if they:

  • Cannot remain objective

Conflicts must be declared, and such reviewers must decline assignments.

Kollins Publications takes any form of misconduct seriously. Depending on the severity, sanctions may include:

  • Immediate rejection of the manuscript
  • Ban on future submissions
