Document Layout & Typography
File Format
Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx) or LaTeX (.tex with compiled .pdf).
Formatting
12-point font (Times New Roman or Calibri), double-line spacing, and 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides.
Line & Page Numbering
Include continuous page numbers and continuous line numbers throughout the entire file to simplify reviewer annotation.
Essential Section Structure
Title Page
- Concise, descriptive title
- Full names, institutional affiliations, and ORCID iDs of all authors
- Designated Corresponding Author details (email and phone number)
Abstract & Keywords
A structured abstract of 200–300 words (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion). Follow with 4–6 indexable keywords.

References
All references must be accurate, complete, and formatted according to the reference style specified by the respective journal. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all cited sources are correctly referenced and, where available, include Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs).
Tables & Figures
Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively in the order they appear in the text and accompanied by descriptive titles or captions. Authors should submit high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi). All tables and figures must be cited within the manuscript text.
Additional Guidelines
Abbreviations
Non-standard abbreviations should be defined at first mention and used consistently throughout the manuscript. Avoid excessive use of abbreviations.
Units of Measurement
Authors should use the International System of Units (SI Units). Scientific nomenclature should follow internationally accepted standards.
Supplementary Materials
Additional datasets, appendices, multimedia files, and supporting information may be submitted as supplementary material and should be clearly labeled.
